GST Tax: All physical products sold on blis comes with GST Invoice. Products are made for use in India and come under All-over India Warranty Policy

Physical Damage Policy: Physical damage to any product purchased at BADA BRAND will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. As a result, BADA BRAND will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Only New items: All products sold on badabrand.co.in are Brand New as described by the manufacturer. badabrand.co.in will NOT sell Used/Refurbished items anywhere throughout the site unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

Processing Time: You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 6-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Although badabrand.co.in does not guarantee the same day-shipping we shall strive to do so wherever possible. Orders are not processed on Sundays and holidays.

User Agreement: This agreement is between you (the user) and BADA BRAND.This software will always remain the property of BADA BRAND, even after you have paid one time fee for the limited right to use the software.You may not copy the documentation or the software except of backup purpose.You must prevent unauthorised copies of the software from being made.You have been granted the license to use the software on a single machine.You may not make any transactions or transmissions of the documentation or the software.

You may not make any changes to the software or the banner of the software.You may not rent, loan, lease or transfer the software to another user.BADA BRAND reserves the right to change or enhance the documentation or the software without any prior notice to you. The law of the state of Uttar Pradesh, India will govern the interpretation of this agreement.

BADA BRAND disclaims any liability for errors in the software.If any part of the agreement turns out to be invalid, the warranty is void for future. After sale services will be stopped from that time without assigning any reason to the user.BADA BRAND warrants that the software will perform substantially, under normal use and without any unauthorised modification for a period of one year.This package will carry limited warranty for a period of one year after which the user has to pay additional charges for any modification or services required from BADA BRAND as stated time to time.

Return, Refund, And Cancelation Policy:After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 3 hours if he/she wishes to. And in the case of a customer requesting a refund, a fee of 3% of the order value will be charged by the bank and the refund will be processed and credited through the same mode within 5 working days. For EMI transactions and American Express (AMEX) Credit Cards, a fee of 4% of the order value applies, for international cards, a fee of 5% of the order value applies. Products can be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery when the products are unused and no longer needed. For all other return/ cancellation/ refund policies
